摘要为进一步筛选、克隆和表达牦牛相关基因构建了牦牛肝脏的cDNA文库,从牦牛肝脏中提取、分离mRNA，逆转录合成cDNA后，以pSPORT1质粒为载体构建cDNA文库。经鉴定，牦牛肝脏cDNA 文库的库容量为1×106转化子/μg cDNA，以菌株平板法测定，重组率为93%。所构建的cDNA 文库容量符合建库要求，能够用于目的基因筛选。
