按照《中国科协 财政部 教育部 国家新闻出版广电总局中国科学院 中国工程院关于继续组织实施中国科技期刊国际影响力提升计划项目申报的通知》（科协发学字〔2016〕65号）要求，经项目申报，资格审查，专家评审，共评审出期刊影响力计划二期项目入选期刊A类15项，B类40项，C类50项，D类20项。
《CURRENT ZOOLOGY》（动物学报）（ISSN: 1674-5507, www.currentzoology.org)于2010年被SCI收录，2013年6月首次获得JCR影响因子（1.392）。按照ISI公布的最新期刊引证报告，CURRENT ZOOLOGY的影响因子为1.814，学科排名前22%（34/152），进入动物学Q1区期刊行列。
