本文给出的OTA浮地模拟电感结构简单容易实现。最大优点是通过控制OTA的偏置电流IABC可以实现浮地电感量的连续调节。本文给出的电路可以实现浮地电感单片集成电路。文章最后给出了该电感组成的柯尔型低通滤波器的实例。理论与实验相一致。

本文提出了采用OTA微分器设计高通滤波器的方法.基于有源滤波器的跳耦综合,导出了全极点高通梯形滤波器的OTA-C实现.该滤波器具有低灵敏度和高截止频率,与MOS工艺兼容,便于单片集成,调整方便.文中给出了实验结果和P-SPICE模拟,证明此滤波器的可行性.
