为探索臭氧对竹笋木质化的影响,研究了100、200或300μL/L臭氧处理30min对冷藏(1±1)℃竹笋木质化及相关酶活性的影响。结果表明:臭氧处理可延缓竹笋冷藏期间硬度的上升,降低呼吸强度和乙烯释放量;可延缓PAL、POD和PPO活性的增加,其木质素和纤维素的含量分别比对照低7%~12%和8%~14%,霉变率比对照低71%~84%。臭氧处理延缓了竹笋的木质化进程。

通过研究梳解法制备竹纤维的原理,提出竹子梳解制纤中平均梳解力的概念;运用动力学方法,建立竹纤维平均梳解力与纤维长度、细度关系的计算模型。对模型进行分析和验证,结果表明:模型表述的平均梳解力、滚筒转速及滚筒梳针参数与竹纤维长度、细度的关系正确;运用模型计算竹纤维长度的结果与实验结果相吻合,此模型可用于梳解法制备竹纤维的长度、细度预测与计算。
