本文通过构建ISM模型对影响中韩FTA缔结的因素进行分析，得出不平衡的中韩对外直接投资关系是影响两国缔结FTA的最大因素；另外，贸易不平衡与摩擦、FTA战略动机的差异、对产业“空洞化”的担心也是影响两国缔结FTA的深层次因素。最后提出缔结中韩FTA的政策建议，如不断扩大中国对韩国的对外直接投资、缩减贸易逆差、发展产业内贸易等政策建议。
