分析Cat B、p53在脑胶质瘤组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:选取我院2012年4月至2017年4月期间存档的54例胶质瘤石蜡标本以及同期存档的54正常脑组织标本作为研究对象。采用免疫组化SP法测量两组样本中Cat B、p53蛋白表达水平的差异，观察Cat B、p53蛋白在不同级别脑胶质瘤组织中的表达，分析其相关性。
