比较胸主动脉腔内修复术(TEVAR)对不同期Stanford B型主动脉夹层(AD)患者治疗效果及对主动脉重塑形态的影响。方法: 选取我院96例Stanford B型AD患者,均接受TEVAR治疗,包括慢性期组(慢性期组)与亚急性期组(亚急性期组),比较替代临床资料,手术前后真假腔直径,支架段假腔部位血栓完全吸收率,主动脉重塑率,再手术率与预后情况。
