2022年4月23日-24日，国家天元数学西北中心成功举行前沿学术交流活动“半群和群及其相关课题学术研讨会”。本次研讨会由国家天元数学西北中心主办、西北大学数学学院承办。会议通过腾讯会议平台在线上举行。共有来自中国科学技术大学、南开大学、华南理工大学、中南大学、西北大学、兰州大学、首都师范大学、山西大学等高校的160余位学者参加了此次线上研讨会。
2020年11月21日-22日，国家天元数学西北中心代数学学术研讨会在线上腾讯会议平台成功举办。本次研讨会为从事半群代数、群及其表示、同调代数、表示论、代数图论等代数学相关领域的专家、学者和研究生提供了一个高水平的学术交流平台。研讨会邀请来自中国科学技术大学、浙江大学、南方科技大学、华中师范大学等27所高校的40余位代数学及相关领域的学者参加，共同探讨领域内的学术难题，促进了学术交流与科研合作。
2020年6月6日至7日，我院成功举办“2020年群与代数表示前沿与展望研讨会”。会议为ZOOM视频会议。国内、美国、加拿大16位著名代数学家和优秀青年代数学家作了特邀报告，吸引了200余名专家学者和研究生参会。会议得到上海交通大学数学科学学院、吴文俊数学中心、国家自然科学基金项目的支持。数学科学学院院长李从明教授在开幕式上致辞。他代表上海交通大学数学科学学院和吴文俊数学中心向参会学者表示诚挚的欢...
