探讨了用长爪沙鼠建立日本血吸虫病动物模型.实验方法为采用腹部贴片法感染血吸虫尾蚴,每只沙鼠感染(120±2)条尾蚴,于5 周后解剖,做病理观察.结果表明:肝脏表面出现粟白色虫卵结节,肝脏和肠壁HE染色后观察到虫卵肉芽肿产生.因此认为采用长爪沙鼠可成功建立日本血吸虫病感染模型,为实验研究血吸虫防治奠定基础.
