对采用活性钎焊的Al2O3/Ni-Ti/Kovar(可伐)接头进行了考察，实验结果显示，接头经热循环后强度异常增加. 对此结果从材料的热膨胀特性、焊料微观结构、循环温度等方面进行了详细分析. 结果表明，本实验条件下热循环能显著降低焊接残余应力，导致接头强度提高.
