以滤纸作为农药载体,在波数4000~10000cm-1范围内获取其近红外光谱曲线。分别采取偏最小二乘回归法和最佳波段差值回归法建立农药质量比的预测模型。偏最小二乘回归法在经过多元散射校正和变量标准化预处理后得到的预测结果较好,预测相关系数为0.954,通过最佳波段差值回归法得到的预测相关系数为0.904。两种建模方法都得到了较好的预测结果。

微热探针法测试热导率系统已被广泛应用于食品材料热导率的测试中。但是,由于实验条件或实验设备的限制,基于理想的线热源瞬态模型测量原理得到的结果会产生某些测试误差。针对测试误差,从探针输入电压、加热时间和样品的径向尺寸等装置操作参数的选择着手,通过实验,得到装置系统测定中输入电压的最佳值为2.5~6.5V、加热时间最佳值为20~50s。最后通过实际测试,得到了番茄果实在不同成熟阶段的热导率变化规律。

将加权模糊聚类算法应用于管理区划分,权值的确定分别采用主成分分析法和变异系数法。在吉林省榆树市精细农业试验田获取土壤氮、磷、钾数据,应用本文提出的加权模糊聚类算法进行管理区划分,确定了试验区的管理分区数目,并与传统的模糊聚类方法进行了比较。结果表明,基于加权模糊聚类的管理分区更合理、更符合实际情况,该方法可用于指导精准施肥。
