提出基于分层模型的配电网建模和拓扑分析方法,对配电网的结构知识表示采用了分层处理的方法,整个配电网分为厂站层、线路网络层。其中线路网络层又分成双层树结构,上层树结构表示出线断路器、分段开关、联络开关的逻辑连接关系,下层树结构表示负荷节点与邻近开关的逻辑关系。人工智能的框架表示法,可以方便的完成配电网结构知识表示,并且为实现了基于电网图搜索的拓扑分析方法打下基础,实践表明该方法实现简单,可靠实用。

介绍了一种SF6新气痕量杂质气相色谱分析的新方法。与DL/T 920—2005《六氟化硫中空气、四氟化碳的气相色谱分析方法》相比较,新方法可以从SF6新气中检出更多的痕量杂质,甚至多达17种,且方法高度智能化并便于普及。考虑到SF6新气中某些杂质会影响有关电力设备的使用寿命,提出了电力行业SF6新气推荐标准的方案。

根据函数逼近原理,输电线路的电报方程可以整理为一组正交基的线性组合。文章采用Daubechies正交基,经过投影变换,映像到与依赖于时间变量的和建立在确定架构的函数空间,与输电线路的电压和电流相关的微分方程被转换为代数矢量方程。从而,建立起每一单元的投影等效模型,然后可以在投映域中对输电系统的暂态进行计算。利用EMTP仿真验证了所建议的方法。
