对某车用柴油机机体进行了三维实体建模和网格划分,采用有限元整体分析与子模型分析相结合技术,以ABAQUS为平台进行机体强度有限元分析,确定了气缸体应力集中部位,提出机体结构改进方案。在此基础上,应用MSC.Fatigue软件对改进前后的水套根部子模型进行疲劳强度分析,结合应力测试实验验证改进效果。实验结果表明,气缸体加筋改进后,水套根部交接位置应力降低11%~46%。

针对龙眼的物理特性,设计了一套龙眼压差通风预冷试验装置。根据果蔬压差预冷7/8时间特性,通过试验得到了龙眼包装箱压差与风速关系以及异步电动机频率与风速关系。进一步研究龙眼压差预冷装置能耗与风速关系可知,对于龙眼果实,较小的风速预冷能耗较小,预冷时间较长;当预冷时间按要求设定时,在风机允许范围内控制风速按一定规律递增,直到龙眼终止温度,可以在设定时间内完成龙眼预冷,且能耗最小。

采用雷诺时均N-S方程、标准k-ε模型和SIMPLEC算法对液力缓速器内部流场进行了数值模拟,分析倾角为50°、55°、60°时液体流动的速度分布、压力分布和湍动能分布规律。以Rothalpy值的变化作为损失分析指标,定量比较不同倾角对制动力矩的影响,得出叶片倾角为55°时缓速能力最大,其原因是沿程摩擦阻力损失与冲击损失的叠加使得液力损失最大。
