近日，记者从中国农业科学院了解到，该院将正式筹建海外农业研究中心。该中心将作为该院农业科技“走出去”的公共平台，采用“小核心，大网络”的组织方式，通过整体布局、任务牵引、协同创新、项目驱动等方式实现农业科技的联合集成、交叉研究与综合提升，成为服务于国家农业“走出去”和“一带一路”战略的国家级海外农业对外合作集散地、政策创设智囊团、信息技术服务器和海外农业人才库。
