李和平，教授，博士生导师，2006年教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”入选者。1986年和1989年在四川大学分别获得理学学士和硕士学位，1998年和2002年在新加坡南洋理工大学分别获得硕士和博士(Ph.D.)学位。2003年至2004年在新加坡南洋理工大学任研究员，2004年至2006年在新加坡国立大学任研究员，2006年至今在电子科技大学任教授。
