用乙醇超声波辅助提取法提取毛竹叶总黄酮,并以芦丁为对照,用紫外分光光度计法测定了湘西北5个县市、区(吉首市、古丈县、龙山县、花垣县、永定区)毛竹叶总黄酮质量分数.花垣县毛竹叶黄酮最高为3.49%,龙山县最低1.32%,吉首市、古丈县、永定区的分别为2.54%,3.04%,1.86%.湘西北武陵山区毛竹叶总黄酮含量存在较大的差异,花垣县的毛竹叶开发价值大.
