叶朝辉，物理学家。1942年3月1日生于四川简阳市。2001年当选中国科学院院士。叶朝辉是中国共产党第十五、十六届全国代表大会代表。主要从事波谱学与量子电子学的研究，为发展我国铷光抽运原子频标做出过重要贡献。
